Bandara Villa Nuwaraeliya

It was absolutely perfect same as shown in the pictures and even better very comfortable the view from the room was very nice even though it’s cold outside it was somewhat warm and nice inside the room The person who welcomed us Chaminda was the most amazing host and treated us very well the food was amazing best regards to the chef They even arranged a tuk tuk for us to get back to the train station. Will surely be back love love love the place wish we would’ve stayed for a few more days

Appleton Villa is a true hidden gem in the middle of nowhere—exactly the kind of place you dream of discovering! The villa is incredibly stylish, with an elegant design and a cozy atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the staff was beyond attentive, ensuring we had the most comfortable stay. We were welcomed with a lovely cup of tea, and though we weren’t hungry, the mouthwatering aromas from the kitchen were hard to resist. The next morning, we were treated to an absolutely incredible breakfast. The entire stay was flawless—smooth check-in and check-out, spotless cleanliness, and a wide range of services available. The villa also offers super-fast WiFi, streaming channels in the room, and spacious, beautifully designed accommodations. If you're looking for a peaceful yet luxurious escape near Nuwara Eliya, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

We road tripped Sri Lanka and have stayed in 5 hotels. Appleton was by far the best one with the most helpful staff. Highly recommended

Excellent service and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The room has the required amenities to make the stay comfortable. The staff were great. The breakfast buffet was good. The cook even took the trouble to make Kolakanda as requested.

It’s a new property. There are no views of some nice scenery from the balcony. They will need to plant trees or shrubs to offer a nice view from the balconies.

A modern building with 5 rooms I think and nice communal sitting area and dinning room. The room was spacious and well equipped with nice white cotton linen and towels. The Manager was very friendly and went out of his way to help organising transport and a tour of the area. The house is with other houses but a good tuk tuk ride from town and the station. This was fine for us as once back at the end of the day we were happy to watch tv and eat and drink at the house. Breakfast and dinner had choice options and all the meals were really good and excellent value. We enjoyed our two nights immensely.

Some of the houses nearby are a bit scruffy and some still under construction. There was a little noise at times but this wasn't a problem for us.

Comfort ,Cleanliness and the amenities which they offered for this price not even expensive hotels will be provided. This one we got to know after experiencing other accommodation where we were in Sri Lanka. For Appleton Villa it’s all about service and caring while others only the money. The best thing that happened there was the welcoming and outstanding hospitality from staff who made our stay enjoyable.They are very professional, understanding, welcoming and caring. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend the Appleton Villa.
