"Overbooking."

They didn't have my reservation and they didn't seem to care. I had read simmilar comments but thoght it must have been specific cases but apparently it is a regular thing at this hotel, be careful.

Me gusto mas que tenia elevador por ende buen punto y tambien las camas muy comodas y desayuno a la altura con buenas opciones.

por ser una habitacion superior no tenia canales cable solo hbo ni tampoco habia calefaccion o aire condicionado cosa que en la reserva si mencionaba en mi tipo de habitacion . Baño muy pequeño pero se aprecia shampoo y jabon .
