Nice, spacious appartment. Communicstion prior to arrival was great. Linen was all clean.

Not terribly well equipped if you want to cook. The few pots and pans there needed a good clean before we were happy using them. Dishwash stank when we opened it so i think these things are overlooked during the change overs. Tv isn't in a position where you can watch it from the sofa so some reconfiguration could be done to maximise the space.

The accommodation itself was comfortable, but the booking process felt more complicated than necessary, with a lot of back-and-forth before everything was confirmed. To be fair, we didn't realize that being 18 and not 20 was an issue, this is stated in the description of the hotel room and something we missed. We also didn't realize it wasn't a hotel room (through an actual hotel) we were booking but rather a private air b and b, therefore we should have asked for our money back before even entering the premises due to this as we definitely felt discriminated against and unwanted against from the start. During our stay, there was some minor accidental damage for which we were charged. While we accept that paying for damage is reasonable, we felt the cost applied was excessive for what it was. It left us with the impression that the property takes a very strict approach to any incident, no matter how small and again that we were clearly being discriminated against. If you plan to stay, I would recommend documenting the room thoroughly when you arrive and taking extra care during your stay, just to avoid any nasty surprises. And go with your gut, if you feel like there is any suspicion of discrimination during the booking process stay clear as it will back fire. All in all, I wished we had been told that we were unwanted and handed back our money back from the start (once we all realized that this accommodation has a requirement of being 20) because that's clearly all there was to it. We would have happily found somewhere else to stay for the just under $1000 it ended up costing us for the 4 of us. Expensive lesson of discrimination learnt.

La douche dans la salle de bain n’est pas pratique car il n’y a pas de parois au sol pour retenir l’eau et donc nous nous retrouvions avec de l’eau partout à l’extérieur de la cabine de douche. Il serait bien aussi de changer les serviettes gratuitement pour des séjours de plusieurs jours er non que cela soit des charges en plus.

Owners were great to deal with. I needed to add a day to my original bookings. They made this hassle free. The hotel is gorgeous- rooftop pool.

Not a criticism- only a suggestion. It would cool if there were a couple of cheap tennis rackets and balls in the room to use on the hotel Court. The hotel reception wouldn't lend us some- because the room is privately owned.

Comfortable, clean, great location and love we can use the hotels facilities.

Nothing really. Shower leaks quite bad, a few extra bathmats would be great as the one we had got soaking wet and I had to ring it out multiple times.

The geographical location is great, near Sky Tower, making it convenient to go anywhere

The shower head cannot be taken off, the faucet is not very convenient, the cold and hot water are separate, and it requires turning to turn on and off

The apartment was lovely; clean, warm and comfortable. I liked the layout of the facilities. Loved that I could enjoy a hot soak in the bath too.

It was difficult to work out where to get from the carpark to the apartment. Quite frustrating going around in circles and very relieved when we did eventually find our apartment. However we were familiar with getting in and out by the time we checked out on Sunday morning.

The Bathroom shower is a major hazard with how the water runs out and pools on the ground even with a bathmat down. One of the guests seriously hurt herself after slipping over on to the hard tiles as she didnt see the water had run through the mat ontothe tile area. We raised this with host when we got home after a long drive, and was faced with a reply "It would have been helpful if this had been brought to our attention at the time, rather than around eight hours after departure" and then told it was our responsibility that the bathroom is below saftey standards.So shifting the blame for the acident. Other than that it was a nice room.
