Good location.

Pathetic shower. This is 2 beds in a room not a 2 bedroom apartment. Park next door otherwise the host will rip you off trying to charge you more

Breakfast was lovely

Messing around picking up keys. I had trouble getting locked box open.

The additional space, we stay at this hotel all the time, we loved the slightly bigger room with a couch

The beds, they were really soft. Everyone had back issues afterwards. More towels for a longer stay and more toiletries, one lot for a family of 4 for 2 nights was not enough

Location and size

A bit dusty and not as tidy as you’d expect at that price point . Shower leaks under the door and door opens over where you’d put your towel Mat. Lots of water everywhere and wet towels …. Check in process is a a bit over the top with the deposit and going to multiple locations. But Other than that really cool place and I’d stay again

Room was very spacious, very tidy & warm. Best were super comfortable! & had everything we needed. My favourite part was the pool/spa & view from the rooftop very stunning in the night time

Hosts are easily contactable and responsive. Parking is close and hotel staff are friendly. Facilities great!

Was nice & clean, and in close proximity of restaurants, shops, sky tower etc.

There were 3 of us 2 adults and 1 child, and only 4 towels provided for 2 nights. Need to have more towels specially for swimming.
