Nice clean room, comfortable beds, good location

To get the keys for this property you had to drive to another location in the middle of Auckland. Leaving the property you had to collect your car, (which wasn't in the same building as advertised) then take the key back to the room, take a photo of it and send to managers. If you don't have the booking app, which I did need to get for this stay, you could text or email, then messages were all over the place and confusing, not streamlined at all. It was all just inconvenient and messy. This information needs to be available before you actually book and pay!! I then left my Apple Watch in the room (def my fault) but trying to get it back has been hard, offered to bank money, told the cost, was happy with this, no response. I now have my partner going up in a month (we live 4 hours away) so she will collect then. So unhelpful.

Getting the key was a bit confusing as it said to turn right at the building to the safe, however, the safe was on the left.

That I couldn't attach documents to the chat for check-in and check-out.. having to send emails was a bit too much.

It’s central location and excellent size of room

For us the beds were way to soft

Location was great, close to the casino and a short walk down to the waterfront. The pool & spa on the roof was awesome. Lots of easy parking around.

Didn't like the noisy road traffic in the morning and it would've been nice to have a towel for the pool and one for the shower each. It was probably a bit small for 4 adults staying in the room.

unfortunately the room had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. the rubbish had not been emptied and there was faeces smeared on the outside of the toilet. because the room is not part of the hotel, there was nowhere to put rubbish and after four nights with a baby, we had a lot of rubbish that was had to dispose ourselves.

Quite dated. Street is run down.

Location is great.

Was difficult to get in to the unit as the Auckland Marathon was on and this created cleaning delays. Getting the key which was in the instructions was a rigmarole as it wasnt were it was suppose to be. Everything cost extra and we happily paid for early entry and parking but it adds up.
