Room layout and decor lovely

Only thing I would want for is enough coffee / sugar and towels supplied for the period staying..

Communication was terrible. We had to go to a different location to pick up the keys for the room, in which I needed a code to get into the Room where the lockbox was - and another code to get the keys out of the lock box. I didn’t hear back from emailing so was left on the street waiting and had to call booking.com to sort it all out. There was half a roll of toilet paper for four people, over the whole weekend. This was really disappointing as there were no more rolls and reception couldn’t give us any as the hotel is separate from the owner of the room. The door advertised in pictures also does not close - therefor there wasn’t any privacy. Parking as advertised but didn’t know we had to book this before we arrived. Once we arrived we were told the car park was full and had to park elsewhere. We were given two key cards however one is for parking. One key card for four guests isn’t enough and made things really difficult.

Location is great

very comfortable, clean, recently renovated, located in a very central area super close to the Tower. complete kitchen with dishwasher, micro wave, toaster

a little bit more toiletries and dish tabs

difficult to access. contacted property upon booking and asked for parking for3 days…… not provided.
