Club Wyndham Shirakabaso Shigakogen

The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. When my boyfriend accidentally left his wallet on the bus, the hotel staff personally walked to the nearest bus station to retrieve it for us, which we were deeply grateful for. Their sincerity and service were truly the highlight of our stay.

We booked Club Wyndham Shirakabaso Shigakogen for 5 days 4 nights specifically for the promised Japanese-style breakfast and dinner and chose full board, but all meals turned out to be commercial buffet-style with limited variety, lacking the Japanese dining experience we expected. The location is also very isolating for non-skiers. There are no nearby restaurants or shops, and the only alternative is to travel to Nagano city (about ¥6,000 one way, 1 hour each way). Most restaurants open after 5 pm, while the last bus back to the hotel leaves at 5:05 pm, making outside dining impractical.

宿泊日も比較的良心的で、ホテル自体もリノベーションされていて、新しく、清潔感があった。まだ、朝晩もビュッフェスタイルで、どれも美味しく、好きなものを選んで食べれるのが良かった。

部屋もお風呂も綺麗でした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。

お風呂用にはバスタオルとフェイスタオルがありましたが、部屋の浴室/トイレには手を拭くタオル1枚だけでした。部屋用のハンドタオルとフェイスタオルがあると良かったです。 また、白樺荘のホームページを調べると、夕食として豪華な鍋の写真があった為期待していましたが、実際はバイキングでした。 古いホームページが残っていたのだと思いますが、クラブウィンダムと表記があった為、分かりませんでした。古いホームページを削除するかbooking.comの夕食情報を更新してもらえると間違いがなくなると思います。

Un peu isolé rien à faire autour et le repas 18 h c’est un peu trop tôt.
