L' atmosfera della giungla.di tulum

In 5 giorni non hanno mai rifatto la camera e cambiato gli asciugamani erano sempre bagnati perché c'è molta umidità non asciuga nulla,manca il phone per i capelli e il condizionatore non emetteva aria calda. Se piove è un disastro La cucina era inutilizzabile per mancanza di tutto. Lo staff inesistente, se hai un problema te lo tieni. Va bene per un paio di giorni non di più Io e mia moglie ci adattiamo facilmente ma non potersi fare una doccia e asciugarsi non va bene, ok che siamo in una giungla ma così si esagera ..tarzan viveva meglio 8

Les chemins d’accès sont compliqués et pas très safe

The location looks very pretty, the pool area is great. Nice gym and laundry room (that you can use for free).

The room was very dirty, especially the floor, it seemed like it was not being vacuumed cleaned in weeks. We put our luggage on the floor and it got full of dirt (see picture). The room had a strong smell of mold. The only staff available there is the cleaning personnel and the security people, almost none of them speaks english. If you need help with something good luck, the costumer service through WhatsApp is only available for a few hours during the day and they don't even respond.
