Неплохой кондоминимум и закрытая территория

Грязная постель как будто её не меняли. Вода в душе мечет соленая, качество ужасное. Нет сеток от комаров поэтому они все летят на свет в номер , особенно в ванной. Закрыть окно не вариант так как высокая влажность. Да расположение в центре но дорог вокруг нет- нужно было идти по болоту.

Cool design, nice pool, gym, and hangout areas. Gated property with security 24/7.

Room had an odd smell, same with linen and towels. One towel had visible stains. Bathroom sink was draining all over the floor (drain disconnected). Bathroom toiletries were originally missing, asked for soap which was brought but no shampoo or conditioner, and body soap was very cheap also smelt funny.

The fridge and pretty outdoor areas.

The mold in the room was bad. All my clothes smelled and I was uncomfortable using the shower where the black mold was. The bedding was thin for a cold night.

De locatie is verschrikkelijk. Het is midden in een krottenwijk. Voelt niet fijn om hier doorheen te rijden of lopen, laat staan in het donker. Geen restaurants in de omgeving. Het is dik een kwartier rijden naar het strand waar alles te doen is. Het is geen hotel dus er was geen receptie. Je kreeg maar 1x handdoeken, kamer werd niet schoongemaakt en moesten dus alle dagen met 1 handdoek doen. Communicatie gaat via Whatsapp. Zwembad lag vol bladeren.

My stay at Ophelia Experience in Tulum was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Luis, the local manager of the unit I rented. Luis was not only welcoming but impressively knowledgeable. He shared fantastic recommendations on where to go, what to do, and especially where to eat. Thanks to him, I discovered that Tulum has an absolutely incredible gastronomic scene I hadn’t expected! The entire Ophelia team was top-notch, every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The location is also unbeatable, perfectly situated right on the border of Aldea Zama, making it easy to access both the beach and the town while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. If you’re looking for an experience that combines local insight, exceptional service, and a prime location, Ophelia is the place to be. I can’t wait to return and explore even more of what Tulum has to offer. Highly recommend!

The pool and reception areas were very nice and usually rather quiet so plenty of sunbeds etc.

The hotel was basically built in the middle of nowhere without proper roads which were also badly lit so going outside on your own is pretty scary. You can’t walk anywhere with your suitcase so will have to rely fully on taxis or car hire to get around.

The rooms are very nice, the swimming pool is big and the restaurant there is decent. You can use the laundry room and the gym.

The management is quite absent, the check-in was a nightmare and arriving there is challenging, but not impossibile, you need to get the right road, otherwise you might end in a very bumpy road.
