Space, clean, rate, comfort.

Winter weather management. Customer service. Could barely hear or understand the guy I talked to many times on phone, noisy background and went in and out. Having to deal with eviction for lack of rent payment. Barking dogs. Anybody loud in hallway went right through room door. Mostly lack of communication and nobody to talk to in person. Not to mention the crazy girl in the room directly across the hallway.

Snow removal/plowing/ shoveling and treating side walks. Very dangerous. and no phone in the room.
