Location and views were very nice...hosts were great.

Street entrance is easy to miss and upstairs bath was small.

It had a nice view and was very central.

Parking is really bad!! It is a very busy area because of the college. The directions to get to our room and use the keypad were not clear. Maybe put a name or number on the bedroom doors. We had to message the owner and she answered right away. Breakfast was nice and nice to chat with Joanna using google translate.

Superb location close to the university, with great views over the city, the river and the hills beyond. The guest house occupies two floors of fine town house, the rooms lined half way with traditional Portuguese tiles. As well as a spacious bedroom and modern bathroom, there is access to two fine sitting rooms and an outside terrace. Delicious breakfast with warm rolls, home made jams, lots of exotic fruit along with yogurt and irresistible pastel de Nata (custard tarts). Ana our host was very friendly and helpful, booking taxis for us each morning and always ready to offer advice. A perfect place for which to visit Coimbra - wonderful tapas bars in easy reach.

Entry required three codes - concentration required Coimbra has steep hills so one must be prepared for that !

The hotel was lovely and Ana was perfect. She was so efficient and pleasant, it made our stay absolutely wonderful.
