"Perfect bolt hole, secluded and comfortable but close to amenities eg coop for provisions nearby."

self catered, but a lovely touch was hosts provided homemade scones, fresh milk and fresh eggs as the hens were laying on arrival. Very comfortable cottage. Description of bed says sofa bed, but it is a proper bed and very comfortable. There are 2 tv's, lounge tv worked perfectly, but the bedroom tv wouldn't connect, that was the only niggle and hosts were on hand to sort out any issues, had I taken time to communicate the issue. Otherwise pretty faultless and a super location. Would stay again.

Beautiful place to stay for a night with my mum and meeting all the chickens was a bonus. Especially as we were left some eggs and I got a double yolk! I never in my life had that before 🤦🏻‍♀️🤩 It was so lovely to meet the owner of the property before we left. Lovely property and super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen and towels. Brilliant information supplied for things to do nearby. We will be back soon!

The Bothy was very clean ,everything we needed was there,beautiful location,the owner of the property was friendly/welcoming and we would definitely go back,just ashame the weather wasn’t the best at the time we went

Cute and comfortable house with everything we needed and more, in perfect location for us. Massive thanks for going above and beyond in letting us drop off car and stuff early and giving us a lift down the road. Also really enjoyed the free eggs and massively appreciated the jug of milk!
