Le lieu, très facile d’accès et proche de tout… Le style de ce RIAD, des décorations magnifiques voire même précieuses pour certaines. La piscine qui offre un point de rafraîchissement non négligeable… Calme et paisible… L’espace : on se sent bien ! Et surtout le personnel : professionnel, gentil, serviable et à l’écoute des clients !

C’est un RIAD magnifique et qui vaut le détour ! Mais c’est tellement dommage… !! Nous voyons ce RIAD perdre de sa superbe d’années en années… Lampes cassées non réparées… que ce soit dans les chambres ou même dans les espaces communs, des plafonds décrépis, des décorations / tables / meubles abîmés… Des plantes non entretenues… Des traces d’humidités partout… Plus de chanteur donc plus de piano le soir… Et pourtant c’était tellement un plus pour cet endroit… Aucune possibilité de dîner, de faire l’apéritif… Bar et restaurant fermés pour une durée déterminée ? Indéterminée ? On ne sait pas vraiment… Petit déjeuner vide les derniers jours… pas assez de provisions apparemment et attente de validation de la commande par la directrice… Directrice absente d’ailleurs, nous ne l’avons pas vu de toute la semaine…

El desayuno era aceptable pero puede mejorarse

We hebben een upgrate gekregen naar een grote kamer met privé jaccuzi.dat was natuurlijk heerlijk Prachtig van binnen,maar heb wel het idee dat ooit eens beter was. Meubels een beetje beschadigd, weinig aandacht voor de klant. Wel een indrukwekkende boeken collectie!

Er zou een wijnbar zijn en een top restaurant beiden waren niet operationeel,vanwege dat er geen licentie meer was. Dit wordt op booking niet vermeld. Ook een matig ontbijt vergeleken met andere riads.

The location is good cantal stop not to far from the main area. The style and feel inside was so lovely and calming, plenty of places to relax. Stunning Roof top terrace. Feel of the rooms was so nice.

The pool and hot tub were slightly over clean, as in the ratio of chemicals may have been too high so couldn't spend too long in the hot tub with the buddles on.

It is a GEM, real Riad for a royal stay✨so impressed 🙏 Fascinating, quiet, very clean, amazing people, very polite, helpful…i won’t share my photos bc my photos won’t do it a justice. It is a real oasis of calm. Hammam and massage I had, took my stress away and evoke my happy days, I had many massages in my life, but l’argile the amazing massage lady used (I won’t share the name as I never asked for the permission) smelled divine, I swear, it was a paradise feeling on my skin, healing my soul and me inside out… I’m taking my quiet coffee mornings with me, prepared with love and care by beautiful people, it was not a service, it was a very refined care what I felt in Riad…will be back for that beautiful place, promised my mom to take her there 🙏 merci beaucoup, je vous souhaite les meilleurs années 🙏😁✨

On our second stay we stayed on a different room. The "tiger" if i recall. This time almost everything was perfect

The plumping issues were some times there was no cold(!!) water!!

The stuff! Very polite, good people and not looking after you for tips like in the most of the places in Morroco

Many damages in the room that have an easy fix. Broken carpets, broken lamps furnitures etc

Fantastiskt vacker hotell miljö i äkta riad byggnadsstil, mycket ”serviceminded” personal,,vi utnyttjade ”rooftopen” mycket. Rent o fräscht överallt. Spännande att ingången till hotellet är mycket anspråkslös i en av gränderna i Medinan, när man kommer innanför dörren upptäcker man ett palats, helt fantastiskt. Att dessutom vakna till fågelkvitter och ett stort lugn varje morgon. Måste också nämna Aziz , en mycket hjälpsam och omtänksam consigliere på hotellet,,som ständigt hjälpte oss med allt vi bad om, underbar människa.
