Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff and the food was excellent.

A beautiful traditional Riad with excellent breakfast and evening dinner, great service and lovely people very clean rooms. We had a beautiful bedroom with a balcony and bath. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were happy to help. Azis was particularly helpful xx

The staff were absolutely amazing

I normally never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because this was such a bizarre experience. The owner of this hotel was shockingly unprofessional in the way he treated guests, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable. The hotel itself is outdated and absolutely not worth the money. It does not offer the value you would expect for the price charged. What was most concerning, however, was the behavior of the owner. He was sitting drunk at the bar, playing loud music, bothering guests, and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Several guests clearly seemed uncomfortable, and it was also noticeable that even the staff did not appear at ease around him. I would strongly and wholeheartedly recommend that anyone considering staying here look for another hotel instead.

Where do I even start?! This trip was very personal for me and I was travelling solo. I really needed everything to feel perfect and luxurious. This riad lived up to all my expectations- the interiors, the vibe, textures, staff, location, lighting, food, hamam and spa, rooms and bathrooms and facilities were paid a lot of attention by the proprietor.

I don’t think I recall not liking anything.
