Riad Noir d'Ivoire

The Riad was a lovely sanctuary in the busy Medina. The staff were attentive, kind and very helpful. They went over and above to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Most definitely would stay again.

The riad was beautiful inside. Staff very helpful and breakfast good.

The room was very dark which made getting ready difficult. Also the terrace was misleading as we stayed in zebra and the terrace was actually upstairs with no access to drinks or staff. The jacuzzi was not heated so too cold to use and most of the terrace was in the shade. The Riad is quite a way from the taxi which was fine for us but for some could be tricky especially at night and if you do not have google maps

Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Besitzer hat sich im Vorfeld einmal gemeldet, war aber nicht vor Ort. Hammam war toll.

Waren einmal Essen - war OK, aber nichts besonderes wie angekündigt. Da gibt's bessere Lokale. Lärm: am Abend war lange Musik. Das finde ich schade. Ausstattung: ja es ist schön, aber das müsste wieder einmal renoviert werden. Wir waren noch in anderen RIADs, die waren definitiv besser. Nachtrag zum Feedback vom Eigentümer / 15.05.2026: Der Eigentümer war im Nachgang sehr speziell und aufdringlich. Er hat sich per Whatsapp nochmals gemeldet. Er wollte unbedingt telefonieren - ich habe nochmals die Themen angebracht. Das RIAD braucht eine Renovierung. Teppich kaputt, Lampen funktionieren nicht oder sind sehr dunkel,... alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Vorfeld habe ich wegen einer Balonfahrt angefragt, dann aber selbst gebucht. Er hat dann nachgefragt, bei welcher ich gebucht habe. Er hat sich dann von sich aus proaktiv gemeldet und erklärt das es nur eine Gute Firma gibt und alle anderen nicht seriös sind (Kosten wären das vierfache gewesen). Er war auch hier sehr hartnäckig und hat hier eine andere Meinung nur schwer zugelassen. Wir waren in der Woche im Hotel Essen - nur nicht in der Nacht wo wir dort geschlafen haben. Wir waren in verschiedenen Riads und Hotels in Marrakesch. Meine Vermutung ist, der Eigentümer möchte die Realtität nicht sehen. Es gibt in letzter Zeit auf verschiedenen Plattformen negative Kommentare. Ich habe meine Gesamtbewertung basierend dem Verhalten von 6 auf 4 verändert.

Owner created a very unsafe situation. What started as a normal Booking quickly turned into a chaotic and extremely uncomfortable experience due to constantly changing terms and inconsistent communication, despite clear agreements being made in advance. Instead of handling the situation calmly, the owner escalated it in a completely unnecessary way and threatened to call the police without any valid reason, even while I was already in the process of leaving with my luggage. This behaviour was disproportionate, intimidating, and created a situation that felt unsafe, something you should never experience as a guest. In addition, the property did not match the photos online and felt poorly maintained, which added to the overall disappointment. As a result, I chose to leave immediately and did not stay. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before booking here.

El Riad está decorado con un gusto exquisito y el personal es muy amable. Nos encantó

La habitación era un poco húmeda y tal vez el desayuno poco variado
