Das Hotel hat große Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Wir mochten das Zimmer im japanischen Stil sehr! Der hoteleigene Onsen ist wunderbar - es gibt einen Innen und einen Außenpool. Die Lounge ist sehr einladend mit freien Getränken. Ein wunderbarer Ort!

La posizione non è comodissima, la strada è in salita e dalle 16 in poi non ci sono bus, ma alla fine sono 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione

El lugar es espectacular, el servicio es muy bueno y fuimos a una habitación con Onsen, la experiencia es excelente. No quedaban opciones de desayuno y cena en el lugar, quedamos con ganas de probar alguna de estas comidas.

El lugar es costoso, pero vale la pena pasar en un Ryokan en Japón, una noche o dos noches en uno de estos lugares es muy bueno. La ubicación no es la mejor para Hakone, pero depende a que vayas a Hakone.

Onsen were nice, with the possibility to book a private onsen as well. The room was comfy and the food was very traditional.

Bath was clean and amazing. Room was tidy and impeccable.

Staff was not trained to explain the food well. Made mistakes on our food option and dining time and would not admit it.
