Cozumel Palace-All Inclusive

It was easy to get to from the airport and very clean. The staff were wonderful and were excellent in service. It was great to be able to snorkel right by the property. Cleanliness of the rooms was top priority and were cleaned twice a day which also included an evening turndown service.

Although the snorkeling and ability to swim in the ocean was extremely accessible, if you are looking for a sandy beach, this is not it. It depends on what you are looking for. The other disappointment were the hours that pool was open -which closes at before 8p.

The best place to stay in Cozumel especially for diving. Great dive staff. Great resort staff. Feels like home away from home.

One of our favorite dining experiences is always MOMO’s. The food is outstanding, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every meal special. A special thank you to Ruisel, who has become much more than a server to our family over the years. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care make every visit memorable. Seeing Ruisel each trip is like catching up with an old friend. The entire Cozumel Palace team works hard to create an unforgettable experience, and it’s the reason we continue coming back year after year. Thank you for making Cozumel feel like our second home. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Hospitality and food were excellent as always. The facilities were sparkling clean and comfortable. The food was great. Wait staff was very attentive. Isaises was very accommodating and his long-term employment at Cozumel Palace assures the guests that he is committed to his employment and to his guests.

Cozumel Palace rooms are luxurious, the food delicious and the service is top notch!!! This is my new favorite resort!!

Great boutique resort! It’s smaller, which allows for more personalization and the staff really gets to know you. You also get to know guest a little bit better than you would at a larger resort. We made new friends that we have already planned future trips with. Sushi at Momo was our favorite of the five restaurants out of the seven nights we were there. We went three times. Resort credits are nice but you still have to pay a 16% tax for all activities and tip for all spa services. Do some research on activities to see if it’s worth it to use resort credits, or purchase from an another vendor.

Hidden gem of Cozumel. We have been to several Palace locations in Mexico but the Cozumel Palace may be out favorite. Small setting but all the personalized attention makes the difference. Amazing snorkeling at the resort.

We were part of a group of 13 that book for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. The staff is the best anywhere!!! Within a day or two they seemed to remember our names, our favorite drinks, and people within our group! The drinks were delicious and we appreciated the better brands like Kettle One or Grey Goose and Captain Morgan!! Our room was beautiful and I loved the turndown service every night! My only complaint is that for dinner, all restaurants were sit down, no buffet options. We were here years ago and loved the buffet which was outside (now that space is a sit down restaurant called Flamingos. We lived and used the room service which had very good selections! We made some great memories! Thank you for a fantastic time!

We had a great experience staying at Cozumel Palace. The service, including from Efrain, was terrific. We enjoyed our time in Cozumel.
