Wonderful stay - checkin was easy and very friendly staff. Comfy beds for a great nights sleep and the streetcar stop is less than a block away making finding a place to eat easily accessible

What a great place to stay! The rooms are very average but clean. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. The service is what makes it stand out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also, the location can't be beat. I will certainly stay there again.

The hotel is well maintained, with friendly and professional staff that make your stay comfortable. The location is convenient for sightseeing, and if you like to walk along the water front, up the hills into the different neighborhoods of San Francisco - or you take the cable car and the old streetcar.

This was the best hotel! The staff was amazing and the breakfast was simply awesome! The rooms were large, clean and comfy. The location was amazing. You could walk anywhere in Fisherman's wharf.

Hotel was good, room was mostly clean upon arrival. A few issues with the TV, Safe and Door, but the staff was very quick to get these issues resolved. It's a busy area as it close to the piers and tourist areas, so lots of outside noise, which might bother some. Breakfast was amazing every day and included in the stay. Staff was great all around.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! We booked with a travel company, and when we arrived we noticed how beautiful the campus was. There are little places to sit and enjoy a fire and drinks. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. We were seated, and then were able to use two lines at a buffet that included warm food, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, etc. It was great. The location is so convenient. You can walk to many things within a few blocks, and public transportation is on the next block. It felt safe with all the security measures in place. We were three women traveling together and always felt safe, and the room was very clean! The only thing that you need to know so you aren't surprised, is that there is a hefty facility fee, and $60 per night for parking. It caught us off guard to have to pay another $304 total for three nights which we had already reserved. But the hotel was great and I would definitely stay here again, just knowing it was going to be significantly more than I planned.

Head board of the beds in room 3517 look like they have bern scratched and look very ugly.. ..this place needs a makeover !

The RIU hotel provided the perfect location for us to attend several family & friends events in San Francisco. We enjoyed a clean & spacious room with a big window view of Russian Hill. Bathroom was smallish but very efficient. The hotel was walking distance to North Beach restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf. Relatively quiet location with access to an adjacent parking garage. An expansive breakfast buffet with lots of delicious options and plenty of comfortable seating. We will definitely plan to stay at the RIU hotel again whenever we have future overnight plans in The City.

Check In Was Stress Free, Room Very Clean, Bed Comfortable, Maid Service Greatly Appreciated. The Breakfast Incredible! Great Amenities. Location Is Perfect.
