Top notch customer service from Amy. Here for work with a group of us and a bit of special circumstances to work around and Amy made sure everything was perfect for us. Perfect enough we’re back for a couple more weeks and will definitely keep coming back.

Customer service was great. I enjoyed my stay. Everything was awesome. Check-in was easy because Amy was a great host and easy to talk to, very mild manner. I will always come to this hotel from now on.. the grill is nice. The rooms are clean. It’s all-around a great experience.

I have been in Dubuque on business since February 2025. I have had a great stay. Management is response. Staff is professional and friendly. My room is cleaned well and “ refreshed “ several times a week. The lobby , halls, and elevators are cleaned well and smell clean. The laundry is up to date and comfortable. I find the breakfast staff yo take pride in their work and the breakfast is orderly, kept neat and on time. The hotel is close to restaurants to walk to. Overall for a long term guest… it has been a very positive stay. This is so important bring away from home so long.

I had a great stay and was privileged to meet Amy she was great to deal with and always went out of her way to help make my stay beyond great. All the staff was helpful, can't complain at all with my stay. Had fellow coworkers come stay and we all had a great experience between grilling and relaxing outside, and meeting people was a good time.

I had a great stay, the general manager Alyssa went out of her way to assist me in a special need, and didn’t hesitate to fix for me. Customer service from staff was great!! Amy was another great staff member worth mentioning she went out of her way to make things happen and make my stay more pleasant.

I think this is either our 8th or 9th time staying at this hotel. It's our go to when we visit Dubuque. In the past we've had a great visit. This most recent trip something was off at the place. Granted it was a weekend but the breakfast area was cleaned out and whoever was attending it told us she'd be back in a bit to restock it, but we waited and waited. Nothing happened so we had to go off site for breakfast. Our most recent trip was a 2 night stay, normally it's a 1 night stay. After the first night we were out of the hotel all day/night. When we came back that night the room wasn't cleaned. We didn't leave the room a mess but housekeeping didn't stop into our room. And then there was checking out. We stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes and no one helped us. We finally used the late night phone to let people in to ring the front desk. At that point someone came out and helped us. We will definitely give this place another chance on our next visit to Dubuque

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel and that was our main reason for booking at this location. We did find that the rooms were much smaller than anticipated, the trains at night are very loud and woke us up several times, and we found the bed and pillows to be pretty uncomfortable. None of these were a deal breaker, just a disappointment.

This property has very friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. At check-in, they asked if we were celebrating a special occasion. We had only been on our room for about 15 minutes when the staff delivered a beautiful rose and nice card to our room for our "Early Anniversary" weekend. It was a very nice, yet unexpected, treat.
