The room was very clean. I requested the ground floor and that is where my room was located. It was quiet and I didn't hear any other guests. I have trains where I live so I don't know if a train went by. I know there are trains in downtown Dubuque. Used online check-in and didn't talk to any staff. Everything worked and I slept well.

The hotel itself was nice. However, I had booked a king suite. Which was 1 king bed/ 1 bedroom and 1 double fold out sofa. I got put in a queen room. Stayed 2 nights. They had a good breakfast. Pool was relaxing and warm!!! Bad spot to stay if you want to be walking distance from anything, unfortunately.

"Good family hotel with in-room kitchen"

Clean, comfortable. Friendly staff and quiet (except for the 7 am train whistle). Heart of downtown spot. We stayed here January 2025. Great fire pit and grills out front. (We did a hot dog/hamburger bar!) Kids enjoyed the indoor pool after snowboarding all day. I liked having the kitchen and fridge to prep snacks and dinners!

It was very quiet, but you still got to be around everything. Enjoyed the outdoor fire place, the breakfast spread was amazing. The staff also was very kind
