Good

This place is sad. As a Diamond Elite member of IHG, I stay at a couple of dozen of IHG properties a year, so in a five-year, I may stay at over 100 IHG properties. This is the most downscale IHG property I have ever stayed at. It's in a sketchy neighborhood. The mattress and pillows were worn. The interior is run down and battered. Services are minimal. Personnel are nice and friendly. But it's a sad place to stay.

Room was clean. Staff were super nice and helpful. Even though they were under remodeling, everything was fine. Parking was available. Overall it was great.

The bar was the best part

The property was in a good location, and there was a nice chain restaurant/bar on site. The property needs to be updated, perhaps new carpeting or decorations would help.

My stay was okay but these are a few things that should be changed. My checkout times was 1pm but I checked out earlier. Please keep the only restaurant in the hotel open until at least 2pm. I wanted to get breakfast but could not because breakfast the restaurant closed at 10am, really?? There was only a 1/2 a roll of toilet tissue in my hotel room, really?? I did know know that some hotels still had teeny tiny bars of soap, you do. Thank goodness I had my own. Other than that, my bed was comfortable.

Room had plumbing toilet issues was relocated to a different room and a shoe went missing in the change, shoes, was not turned in

Nothing special about this hotel. It’s kind old and the room and all areas show it. Otherwise, it’s not bad. For the price for a short stay, it will work.

Good!

My room was not thoroughly cleaned. A cup with water was in room with used towels placed on bathroom counter. The trash can had used eyelashes sitting in them.
