"Grand Bay flew to great heights when my plane home could not get off the tarmac!"

Had a forced two day layover at the Grand Bay due to an unforeseen United Airlines aircraft issue for my return home to Australia. The Grand Bay staff went out of their way to not only accommodate me but assure my satisfaction. Particular thanks to the reception staff and Marco and others in the restaurant.

I loooooove the pillows. I feel right at home at Grand Bay. The restaurant food is surprisingly spectacular. Natan and Benny from the bar have been around for some time now and they remember our names!! Always make us feel special. We’ll always come here when we’re in town.

"Friendly and accommodating staff"

Overall wonderful experience. The staff was accommodating of our need for a last minute room size upgrade due to an increase in our party size. Kevin P. Was particularly wonderful and helpful in facilitating that. His service alone would be enough for a repeat visit! Our only slightly negative experience was connecting with someone to bring up extra pillows to our room for the sofa bed. Whoever was on the opposite side of the line was very short and rude but aside from that it was a 10/10 stay. We will come again!
