Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco

I’ve stayed here over the past few years whenever I travel to Redwood City. The staff here are friendly and professional. The room is clean, and the food is excellent with a good variety of options.

Ever since I first came to the Grand Bay I’ve always been back. Our server Chelsea always makes our visits to the restaurant very welcoming. The food was amazing and the rooms were really clean.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The service in the restaurant was good, Chelsea the sever provided excellent service.

We always stay at the Grand Bay Hotel when we need to visit the Bay Area. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is always good and the views are unbeatable. Yelena at the front desk was especially helpful and Chelsea in the dining room was efficient and professional as well as kind.

Incredible service, location, amenities, and a great room! The people and service are first class and the hotel is incredibly consistent.

My Husband and I visited the bar for a quick appetizer and drinks before an event there at the hotel, and we were more than pleased with the service. Carlos was super helpful and attentive. We plan on hopefully staying there in the near future. Muchas gracias Carlos :)

Had a relaxing weekend with my partner, everything went great and everyone was nice, we were mostly helped by Chelsea who was very helpful and gave great food recommendations

Chelsea in the restaurant was very sweet and attentive. And the food—delish!! My veggie quesadillas were so good, as was the salsa and the live music.
