Chelsea was the best server I ever had! She’s so caring and friendly when speaking and never felt like I was bothering her. She remembered everything I ordered and always checked in to make sure I was enjoying myself.

Beautiful property . We like the location and kids liked the pool.

Overall great experience. Front desk was friendly. Housekeeping was great at keeping my room fresh and clean. I stayed 3 nights and I went to the Waterside Grilll and Lounge every night. Bar staff was great. Michael, in particular, was fantastic! He remembered me from a year ago and he's very knowledgeable about the wine selection. Great conversationalist and great service. Thank you Michael!

I've been staying at this hotel for over 20 years, dating back to when it was still the Sofitel. Elaine, Yelena, and the front office team continue to provide exceptional guest experience. They know my room preferences, the specific amenities I like, and countless small details. What impresses me most is how this level of personalized service has remained consistent through ownership changes. When Elaine or Yelena greets me by name and has my preferred room ready, it's clear that guest satisfaction here goes far beyond the transactional. The staff at the Waterside Grill (the restaurant) also, deserve special recognition. Benny, Natan, Nacho, JC, Michael and Jose Louis have incredible attention to detail - they remember exactly how I prefer my seafood prepared, my wine preferences, and even the amount of dressing I like on my salads. Always continues to amaze and impress me. This hotel has become more than just a place to stay - it's a home away from home, and that is the main reason I continue to stay here, even if my business meetings are in downtown SF.

great burger, great mousse too crispy fries and the lemon butter sauce was to die for thanks to nathan, benny, trey, and nacho for the great service

Nathan, benny, nacho and trey took care of us that night. The food was delicious and the service was great. Would recommend their burgers and boneless ribs.

Went in for dinner at 8pm and was attended by Nathan, Benny, Nacho, and Trey. Servers were very friendly and food was delicious, big fan of the creme brulee and the Chicken noodles.
