A great hotel . A true 5 star experience. They pay attention to every detail . All of the staff was superb giving you a great 5 star experience

We spent 3 nights at the Wedgewood as part of a road trip to see our favorite hockey team play in Vancouver. I really am going to try and keep this review short but there are just so many incredible things about this hotel to say. First--the hotel is absolutely gorgeous in every way. Its ultra clean which we appreciate most, quiet, elegant, and wonderfully located. The Bacchus Restaurant in the hotel is absolutely top notch and made dining ultra convenient. We enjoyed our well appointed room (the Wedgewood suite) and utilized the Spa for absolutely outstanding massage treatments. Finally, and trust me this is what separates the Wedgewood from all the rest, I cannot say thank you enough to the incredible people who staff this fine hotel. Andrew and Ashton at the Bacchus bar took great care of us during our meals and an absolute must when staying at the hotel is a conversation with the world's greatest doorman, Kirby. If you meet Kirby you will know exactly why he deserves that kind of praise (though we are very sorry about your Blue Jays, Kirby!) Thank you again Wedgewood, we appreciate you so very much and cant recommend you enough to anyone considering a stay of any length in Vancouver.

The facilities themselves are amazing. From the moment you arrive, the bellmen, front desk agents, and concierge team greet you warmly and are all exceptionally knowledgeable. Everyone is so friendly and approachable, and the Wedgewood Hotel & Spa truly goes above and beyond in serving its guests. I will definitely come back and visit again!

Great location in Vancouver Room was spacious, most comfortable bed we have slept in, fantastic room The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and a lovely warm greeting High quality food and service in the restaurant

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. They minimize the impact of the required valet parking nicely. The furniture in the room was comfortable and lighting was not as bad as most hotels. The hotel WIFI was very good, although signing in was sometimes a little buggy. The one big failure was the television system. The televisions are locked down with only live TV and a lame antiquated video-on-demand system. My recent experience is most nice hotels allow screen casting or access to personal screening services. Many also allow you to plug in your own HDMI device. While this shortcoming doesn't matter much to me for a stay of a one or two nights, I would never book this hotel for an extended stay with this deficiency.

Perfect location 10 - 450m from City Centre skytrain. Turn right and a easy walk to Yaletown resturants and Aquabus across to Granville Island and turn left and walk through town to Canada Place, Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. Atmosphere 9.5 - cosy and personal Rooms 8- Nice & spacious - lacking plug sockets near the bed etc Value 9 - on the expensive side, however worth it. Cleanliness 9 - very clean Noise level 9 - not too bad at all. Service 10 - very attentive and great - names wort mentioning:- Kirby - doorman Ryan, David & Amtoine - reception Raymond & Yuki - restaurant

This was our first trip to Vancouver and staying at the Wedgewood Hotel made it a fantastic one. The welcome was warm, the service very good, and the rooms clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic for exploring Vancouver too. That said, the hotel could use an update as the windows were very thin and not very soundproof nor well-insulated (luckily, it wasn't too cold). There is also inadequate lighting in the rooms or the desk to read or work, and there definitely need to be more plugs near the desk (though there were charging stations near the beds, which was nice). Overall, it was a lovely stay and we'd strongly recommend the hotel.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Unusually so. The restaurant is really lovely and the rooms comfortable.

Fantastic hotel! Staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. Both David and Ryan at the front desk are awesome and a wealth of knowledge of the area and suggestions of activities to splurge on. Trip was for our 25th anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Amazing food and service with our entire week’s stay! We look forward to coming back!

Amazing time at this beautiful hotel. Well situated so easy to walk anywhere to shops, tourist attractions etc. lovely comfortable room, impeccable service with friendly staff and a personal touch - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and return
