Castle Hill Bungalow by Seven Angels

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The decoration throughout the property is elegant and tastefully designed, creating a serene and charming atmosphere. The garden is beautifully maintained, adding to the overall sense of tranquility. Breakfast was generous and tasty. We highly recommend this hotel.

The facility, location and staff were all exceptional. The manager went out of his way to organise a birthday cake for me & we got a free room upgrade for my birthday.

le charme de cette ancienne villa de l'époque coloniale où l'ambiance et le mobilier semblent être intact (beaux lits à baldaquin, salon agréable...) la splendide vue dominant le lac et le temple de la dent de bouddha la gentillesse du personnel le service de blanchisserie rapide

la musique à fonds provenant d'un hôtel ou restaurant voisin le soir du vendredi 15/08 jusqu'à environ 23h00 : très gênant depuis notre chambre. l'hôtel est sur une colline : la montée à pieds n'est pas facile pour tout le monde la localisation est assez excentrée par rapport au centre ville

Castle Bungalow is a beautiful boutique hotel - we had a few homestays on our trip which were great but it was nice to have a bit of luxury (which was 100% 5 star at a vey reasonable price). Great location overlooking the lake and temple (easy walk down but would recommend quick tuk tuk back up the hill). The breakfast was outstanding! Only wish we could have stayed longer!
