Residence Inn Detroit Troy/Madison Heights

They didn't have enough towels available in the room and when I requested some they didn't have enough washed or available to give me.

Very quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed my time in Troy

The driveway into the property had huge potholes. It was very dangerous especially at night. This property desperately needs to be renovated.

This is an average hotel and low-staffed. Each block is an independent building with 4 units and is next to the freeway. Expect a lot of noise from the freeway. There is no premium amenities or services offered. Since the buildings are far away from reception, you will be lucky to get any housekeeping services.

Really Nice and clean

Great place to stay. There is a charge for parking. The sign is hard to see from the road.

The pool was not in order, and our Air Conditioning wasn't working. The Bath tub didn't look like it was every cleaned in a while. I"ve been here a few times, probably this will be my last time.

This is the worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. A Residence Inn with a full kitchen but no dishware, cookware or utensils. Booking reservation promises housekeeping every other day, but none provided. Room smells musty. Front desk staff is wonderful, but this is all outside of their control. It used to be that a hotel had to maintain certain standards to carry a Marriott flag.
