Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Plaza

Every single person working was so personable!!!!! I felt at home!!!! The employees went above and beyond!!!

Good price for the Plaza area, room was spacious, comfortable and cool. Impressively large lobby area, well maintained but quite dated decor.

It’s very close to the hospital with frequent sirens through the night. The back of the hotel maybe quieter.

Pool and hot tub didn’t work

Outdated for the price. Parking area is scary and confusing. Lobby is neat but very hot. The whole building is damp and hot. It feels like 1979 in there.

Birthdays in the pool was annoying. Elevators suck. The "restaurant" was a joke. I'm sorry, it definitely wasn't worth the money.

I always like staying at an Embassy for the managers reception and the breakfast. The room designs are great.

I have been staying at this property for more than 30 years but have t been in at least 10 and boy has the area around it changed. We could see a homeless camp outside our back window. Loud partying into the night in and around the hotel. The staff was great and they cannot control what is around them. Definitely not the place I remember.

Tammy and another gentlemen who was at the front desk working too was was very kind and helpful. The two bartenders were great too. But overall the property is in terrible shape, run down, dirty, bad service. We never got our room clean, trash emptied, new towels without asking. Milk was sour, bread was moldy and old. This property needs a lot of work.

Love the Embassy Suits, The two room layout is very comfortable. The breakfast is the best in the business, full buffet and cook to order eggs, pancakes and omits. I never make happy hour but they even give you free drinks and snacks. This is a great hotel.

Raw food was out by the cooked food.
