"Best Baymont Hotel of All Time. Strongly Recommended!"

From the moment we walked in, the hotel had a great vibe. Shah at the front desk made us feel very comfortable and even gave us a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room, which was a nice surprise. The room was spacious, clean, and felt like a luxury suite. The beds and linens were fresh, and the bathroom was very clean. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast the next morning was amazing. We loved our stay!

Excellent check in service with good local travel tips. Easy walk into Hot Springs along the creek. Grocery store & places to eat a few mins walk away. Recently replaced carpets & painted, nice & clean. Buffet breakfast & 24/7 coffee.

Nice recent reno. Very updated and clean. Will rebook here again on future visits.

Breakfast a bit lacking. Biscuits where dry and probably a day or two old. Gravy sauce was TOO SPICY!! Need to have separate meat(s) selection with eggs to really make a great breakfast line up. Also no butter anywhere!! They need to do some stays at their competition and get some first hand experiences for how it's done. But they're on their way to remaking the facility.
