Mövenpick Hotel Zuerich-Airport

Didn't like the surprise that the breakfast was not included -- and very expensive.

Never received a large bath towel. Lighting only in bathroom and a desk lamp. Called front desk and in minutes a friendly young maintenance man arrived. A small bedside lamp has been unplugged, and a larger floor lamp needed a bulb replaced. No instructions of how to use TV remote. BUT bed was comfortable and I slept well.

That was so miserly. Due to a problem of Booking, my reservation was made for the wrong month. I kindly asked to have my money back one month before, but they did not consider the option. What to say. Zurich, extremely rich city, always full booking.. just greedy people managing this facility. Would not go there if it was for free.

Great 3 min walk to #10 train to city, hope they add lights to parking lot and walking path. Great that they had shuttle bus to and from airport

Staff went out of their way to be helpful

It was good for a overnight layover, close to transit and a good breakfast buffet.

Terrible experience. The reviews are all outdated and don’t reflect the recent changes in management likely. They initially had us in a room that was under construction with no bathroom doors. Then there were stains and hair stands in the bathroom because it wasn’t cleaned properly as shown in the picture..The bathroom drain doesn’t work and we had to call maintenance several times for it. We asked for extra pillows because my mom got back pain due to it but after inquiring about it several times, there was nothing. Front desk staff are rude. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like a 1 or 2 stars at best

Nice and close to airport and easy train ride from Zurich HB.

The hotel was very well located close to the airport with free shuttle service.
