Four Points by Sheraton Juneau

Great View!

Perfect Juneau hotel. Upscale, clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, and very close to shopping and local attractions. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Juneau.

A new, modern place to stay nestled between downtown Juno and the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, clean, and provide all of the amenities you'll need for your business or personal trip. Bright and clean bathrooms with excellent showers. Very friendly front desk staff. And a workout room with just enough equipment to make you sweat, whether you're a gym rat or occasional sweater. Great neighborhood with many of the best Juneau attractions within walking distance.

Room could use a microwave. Hot water was lukewarm.

Do NOT book the Sheraton Juneau unless you want to stay in a hot room with dirty windows, no airco, no minibar, no restaurant (no breakfast !) no bar - just rooms- at a huge OVERPRICED rate !! When you dare to complain about whatever, the General Manager is rude, uses vulgar language, lies , yells, even threatens guests getting arrested and if you get her on the phone, she certainly will hang up !! Do stay out of there !!!!!!!!!! Even the worst B&B will be better.

I reserved a room for two weeks at a rate quoted on the phone at the time of the reservation. When I checked out, I was overcharged by $50 per day. I called the general manager who said she would take care of it. She did not and now will not return my calls. I will never stay at Sheraton again.

Very clean and great personnel. The location was close to downtown, so it was close to restaurants and other amenities. It was quiet, although that might have had something to do with it being the off-season.

I really didn't like that there was no airport shuttle. That will add at least $60 to your stay round trip from the airport. Otherwise everything else was nice.

Great location. Short walk to anywhere downtown. Friendly staff. Clean hotel.

Older hotel centrally located. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping, tram and other tourist activities. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Views were great facing the inlet.
