"Horrible experience!"

There was DOG POOP that remained on the hallway floor for hours, which we reported. The room smelled like urine & we called to have the bathroom cleaned, but no one came the first 2 times. After the 3rd call & complaint, we finally were able to get staff to clean the bathroom. This hotel has become VERY RUNDOWN & unappealing. I will NOT be returning.

The large grounds around the property. Security needs enhancement, lower level exit door sometimes unsecured. Rooms are not evenly furnished but spacious.

"Wonderful Time!"

This was my second time at this facility. I enjoyed the close proximity to the interstate and friendly staff. The location is great as it is walkable to shopping and restaurants. Will book again.

there was a man that was behaving a tad and the gentleman working the front desk at breakfast handled it very calm and carefully and should be commended for that. cause that guy was very rude and inconsiderate to everyone at breakfast otherwise this hotel was just great and i would return
