Staff was rude hotel nedeoto be renovated and just dirty pet hair all over the room and dirty

Five star facility for reasonable price.

Fine to stay a course days but it is an older hotel. Expect it to be outdated. The lobby is nice the rooms not so much.

Staff was not unfriendly but not friendly either. The property hallways smelled terrible and had holes im the walls that clearly werent fixed properly. Other than the lobby the whole hotel was dirty and poorly kept up with. It is pet friendly which is why I stayed here while evacuating FL for a hurricane otherwise I would not recommend at all.

Booked a siute for 2 nights got there was told no clean rooms booked way in advance but had to find another place to stay.

Allows pet so you can smell the odor at times. They don’t clean the rooms until you leave.

Nice hotel great breakfast

We evacuated from Milton and were so grateful for this hotel. It was a great place for us to settle in, have space to walk our dogs, and relax!

Enjoyed the stay

Thankful for Gia and Nellie their customer service is great and very helpful anytime we needed anything.
