Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana

Our stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and immaculate, the food is excellent, and the beach and pools are stunning. What truly made our vacation special was the exceptional staff. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing butler, Osiris, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect from beginning to end. We also want to recognize Soraya in the Club Lounge, whose warm personality and outstanding service made every visit enjoyable. Special thanks to Geremin, Wilson, and Jorge at the pool bars for their friendly service, great drinks, and positive energy throughout our stay. At The Mercado buffet, Melvin provided outstanding service, and bartenders Eugenia, Gertrudes, and Diogenes were always welcoming and attentive. We would also like to acknowledge the incredible waiters and managers at Chinola, Navigator, Tempest Table, and Noodle & Thread. Unfortunately, I cannot remember everyone's names, but their professionalism, kindness, and dedication did not go unnoticed. Every team member we encountered contributed to making our vacation memorable. The level of hospitality at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is truly exceptional. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Hyatt Ziva is the place to be!! I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the dedication of every staff member. One staff member in particular, Raibel, stood out to me the most. He had so much energy and you can tell he loves what he does. He took the time to know each of us by name which made us feel special, and he always had a smile on his face. Also, Sebastian and Juan Jose(JJ) were two chefs who helped accommodate all of my gluten free needs. I never ate a meal that I was questioning whether it was gluten free or not, and I didn’t get sick a single time. I’m thankful for their hard work to make sure all of my needs were met which eased my worries about eating all week. The whole team at the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara impressed me and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun all inclusive vacation!!

We had the best time here on our senior trip! The resort was beautiful, and the staff made the experience even better. A special thank you to Raibel for making water aerobics so much fun every day!

It was a wonderful experience. All of the people here are so kind and accommodating. Raibel was one of our favorites! He remembered every one of our names and made the activities each day so much fun! The check in and check out process was seamless and the club level amenities were extra nice. We will definitely be back again!

Our family had wonderful experience at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. From beginning to end, the service was exceptional. A special thank you to our incredible butler, Osiris, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Osiris was attentive, professional, and always available to help with anything we needed. His service truly made our vacation stress-free and unforgettable. We would also like to recognize the server by the pool Geremi. Wilskon, Andres during our visits at the restaurants. Melvin who was very friendly and Soraya at the Bosque Club lounge. Their outstanding hospitality, warm personalities, made every day at the resort even more enjoyable. The resort itself was beautiful, and family-friendly. Our room had an amazing view. The food, entertainment, pools, and daily coconut water exceeded our expectations!!! Every member of the staff including the housekeeping ladies contributed to creating a welcoming and cleanliness of the resort. In the resort we felt safe and the location of the resort and security process to enter the premises was reassuring. We look forward to returning and hope to see Osiris, Geremi, Wilskon, Andres, Melvin and Soraya again on our next visit.

This the best all inclusive resort I have ever been to. If you have food allergies this is the place to stay!! Sebastian and Juan Jose were so attentive to our groups food needs with allergies. Osiris took care of us as well. Raibel was our water aerobics instructor, we loved his class!! This place is a dream! All of the staff are happy and helpful! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

I could not be happier with the experience of this amazing place!!!! I traveled with a group of 6 high school girls (and moms) to celebrate graduation! Several of us are gluten intolerant and one has Celiac. I have never felt safer eating! Sebastian and Juan Jose (JJ) met is for every meal and made sure we were safe. And the food was as PHENOMENAL!!! Osiris the butter and Raibel were also great, making experiences feel very personal. I truly felt like the most important guest there! We all did!! Do not hesitate if you are thinking of going!! GO!!

It was one of my favorite all inclusives I’ve been too. It was so nice and all of the staff were so friendly and fun, especially Raibel and Jhondol. My room was very clean and everyone was very welcoming!
