Great spot to relax and have fun and had the best bar twister timbers

It was my birthday on this trip and the coffee republic shop staff heard me say that in line so they decorated a donut, put HBD in the plate and sang to me! Every day after that they greeted me with smiles and hellos and such kindness! Thank you to Jessica, Dalitza, Martha and Nicauris.

Our family of five (kids aged 16, 14 and 10) had an unforgettable week at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana! We were welcomed by friendly staff members from the moment we arrived at the resort! Truly, the entire valet/bell services team and well as the front desk team were so kind and accommodating. We all loved getting to know the entertainment crew! Hats off to Raibel, Chael, and Alfred. They made our days so fun and lively! We especially loved the water aerobics, corn hole tournaments, and basketball tournament! My kids were so sad to tell them goodbye! The kids club ladies seemed to have lots of fun activities going on each day on the beach as well, we just never had a free opportunity to participate! Speaking of the beach, Reyson made us feel very safe and welcomed! He was extremely helpful and very kind! Antony always helped with our towels! Pool drinks never ran dry when Jorge and Wilson were around! Each morning, Hayron and Santos took exceptional care of us at Mercado. Hayron helped organize a birthday dinner for my husband! So kind! Daniel was always a friendly face to see at the mimosa cart! Our rooms were kept by a very friendly and attentive housekeeping crew! All in all, it was a 10 out 10 vacation! We hope to return again one day!

Beautiful resort with great food and very clean. Dionicia, Manuel and Jose were excellent at the pool. Beach was nice but there was sargassum while there so stayed at the pool. Highly recommend

Me and my family went to this resort in May of 2026, and it was by far the best vacation I have ever had in my life. Right when you arrive, you get greeted by wonderful people with drinks and cold towels. They take your luggage and bring you to your room. There is a great vibe around the whole resort. The staff is amazing as well. The entertainment team did a great job of making fun games and activities for everyone. Raibel, Chael, and Alfred were all great guys and they were so fun to hang out with. Raibel was very funny and always was up to something exciting (he is also really good with names as he remembered all of my family members names the whole trip.) Chael was always around hanging out with everyone. We played cornhole and basketball with him during our stay. Overall, The entertainment team was definitely my favorite part of the trip. All of the other staff was amazing as well. Reyson, one of the security/pool workers, always had chairs set up for us every morning at the pool. He took such good care of us the whole time, and he was truly a blessing to have there during our vacation. Antony was also very kind and thoughtful. He helped us with anything we needed. The restaurant workers were phenomenal as well. Santos and Hayron always greeted us with smiles at the buffet, and they were always ready to help with anything we needed. I was very pleased with them and their constant happiness. Wilson was also very kind as well. He was a waiter at the pool and he got us any drinks that we wanted. All in all. This vacation was amazing, and the staff was so good. They always put a smile on my face, they were happy to help with anything, they kept the place clean, and they never hesitated to make sure that I was as happy as I could be. (Raibel and chael, if you see this: you guys were so funny and entertaining. Both of you were my favorite part of my vacation.)

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in April 2026 and we had an amazing vacation! The staff was so friendly and kind. We want to give a shout out to Franklin at the smoothie bar, Raibel in activities and Jose at the club pool. They were awesome! There were plenty of activities (e.g., water aerobics, archery) for both adults and kids that kept everyone entertained. We loved going to the water park in the morning! The food and drinks were good as well! It was a wonderful stay! We will return!

Beautiful destination with a beautiful and relaxing facility! Amenities and staff are top-tier! We enjoyed the family side, and had couple dates at the adult-only side. Best of both worlds!

I had a great experience with my family. Amazing food and consistent exceptional service. A special shoutout to Merly and Ozuna from the Twisted bar in the lobby and Elvis from Club Guest services. They made always made my night with their kindness and creative drinks!

Our daughter’s entire graduating class and their families were included to celebrate their last spring break together at Hyatt ziva cap cana in the Dominican Republic. A few families had been, but for the rest of us as first timers, I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations. I’d never done an all in Kui ave resort and wasn’t sure what to expect. It was so nice! The rooms were large, new, clean, nice bathrooms etc with amazing views and special features. Ours was an ocean view and some had private swim up pools to their rooms. The creative and constantly new entertainment options and the top of the line amenities were so good no one ever wanted to leave the resort. The gym was incredible, parents and kids played pickle ball and volleyball together, there was a spin cycle class in the pool w fun music, and the list goes on. Access to restaurants and reservations was a non- issue which eliminated stress and felt inclusive for our large group to spontaneously eat together etc (we probably had 80 seniors plus parents and some siblings). As a mom, I had heard about a horrible accident w a rip current on a different part of the island/different resort days before our group arrived, thankfully the beach in front of Hyatt ziva is so safe. The current and tide was a non issue which is invaluable. So it felt not only beautiful but very safe. The staff could not be kinder. From your first arrival to your departure, everyone goes the extra mile. Lastly we had a blast one nt at a restaurant w a secret door and there was dancing entertainment etc it was a blast! And must do! The trip was perfect and a memory maker for all. We will be back with my son’s class.
