Waited for 1.5 hours in JFK for the shuttle, and then a full bus came, leaving most of the people behind! All the at midnight!

"Customer Service Needs Improvement"

Lawrence was very professional and helpful with directions and Customer Service. Food staff was not friendly or helpful at all. If a guest noticed you're out of syrup 5-10 minutes before breakfast is over it would help to say " I'm sorry but I can't give you more syrup because breakfast is over", not just ignore and walk away (rude). Upon checkout, the young guy said I would have to reserve shuttle to Airport an hour in advance- but when that hour came I was not on the list. Had to run out to the street to catch the driver who was just in the lobby looking for another passenger. Not to mention- I called for shuttle pick-up from the airport and was told it would take 20-30 minutes. An hour and half past still no shuttle. Had to call Lift, slow as the driver went upon arrival the shuttle was just parked in front of the hotel. So unprofessional, (unless they have a certain number they must meet before going out). Overall the Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing! Always remember to tip your maid service they work hard to keep rooms clean. One small note to management- I know it's summer and moist. Please Spray your fitness, Lobby & C Level Bathrooms daily for the gnats! They were annoying.... OVERALL- I would stay again for the room comfort and cleanliness of the hotel with roomy space compared to others. I am a frequent Springhill Suites nationwide Customer!!

"HORRIBLE - DO NOT EVER STAY THIS PLACE"

DO NOT STAY - I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the appalling customer service I have received from your establishment. The experiences I encountered during the past 25 days have been nothing short of a nightmare, leaving me utterly disillusioned.Transparency and honesty are severely lacking among this hotel's staff. Instead of taking responsibility and finding a solution, they have chosen to deflect blame and evade accountability. This unprofessional behavior is also evident at the front desk, where staff members refuse to provide their names and subject me to prolonged periods on hold. The lack of resolution to my issue is disheartening and has left me feeling that my time and hard-earned money have been squandered by an uncaring, unprofessional team at this hotel.

"Dishonest Establishment"

My company contracts with this hotel and is guaranteed a shuttle pick up and drop off at the airport. The shuttle driver did not pick us up at JFK Airport after we called and waited over an hour. We tried calling the hotel several times only to have it go directly to a mailbox that was full. After finally reaching them, we were told the shuttle was still 20 minutes away. Keep in mind an hour earlier they told us he was almost there. The desk clerk told me to take a taxi and I would be reimbursed when I arrived. Upon arrival, the story changed. I was told, Christin, the manager would reimburse me in the morning. The next morning Christin refused to take my call, but told the desk clerk to have me request a reimbursement from the shuttle company. I explained that she could just pay me, as they said they would the night before, and SHE could ask for a reimbursement from the shuttle company. After all, the hotel told me to take the cab and they would reimburse me in the first place. I have tried to contact the shuttle company, but to no avail. Also, it is now seven days since this occurred and every time I have attempted to contact Christin, the phone goes directly to a full mailbox. I will keep leaving reviews each day they don’t get back with me. P.S. Don’t tell me the desk clerk made a mistake when she told me to take a taxi and i would be reimbursed. I don’t care…I want reimbursed.
