Bookings for 6 or more guests are not permitted without speaking to us first. To secure your reservation, we require a copy of the debit or credit card used for the booking to be held on our booking system. Parking instructions: Park directly outside the property before the parking meters, or behind the building, where parking is free for up to 4 hours. Parking is also free between 18:00 and 08:00. The roads opposite the property are free to park on between 12:00 and 18:00. Reception is open for check-in until 10:00 PM. After this time, self check-in can be arranged; however, you must contact us before 10:00 PM to make these arrangements. Any items left in the room after departure will be retained for 7 days. If they are not collected within this period, they will be disposed of.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Comfy beds and pleasant staff. Everything else was poor. If I could be bothered I would have asked for a refund."

Not much to be honest. The common areas were grubby. Rusty bin in the bathroom. Stains on the sofa bed. Missing tiles by the sink in the bathroom. Mismatched furniture. Not worth the money at all. Had to pay for parking. Lady was pleaaant at check in. Helped me sort parking out. She commented that we had a lovely room. I didn't agree

I really like the quiet location,a bit away from the main city but very close to it.Rooms were clean and all the facilites were nice .

When we were there we had to go out for food may be they were doing some changes so wasnt expecting that.

Staff were friendly Free pool in the bar on a Monday & Wednesday

The building needs renovation Room space was ok Beds need upgrading and bedding was not good Shared bathroom and toilet which we were expecting No food available No fan in the room I think overpriced at ยฃ71 a night Not sure we will return

Convenient location for our plans and offered a slightly cheaper option than other hotels in the area. The staff were fantastic- friendly and helpful when we were wanting to arrive early and flex things about!

While the rooms were very clean, and staff fantastic, the rooms did feel quite tired. The wall I our room- right at the head of the bed, had peeling paint, which is not so nice to wake up to.
