The beds and pillows were awesome. The shower was the bombshell

When I arrive from a three hour drive via Ohare airport on a business trip to Springfield, I was expecting a clean and quite environment. I’ve stayed in many hotels and by far this one was the worst. In the lobby, people were drinking beer and were very loud yelling and playing loud music. It looked like the people were running the hotel instead of the staff. That wasn’t the worst part, there was only one room left, it was a mess. The bed was not made up. It looked as if someone had slept on it and checked out. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room and make up the bed.

Made a reservation and got there and there was no rooms

My room was dirty. It wasn’t vacuumed, someone else’s soap from a previous shower was still in the soap dish in the shower, the sink wouldn’t drain, no hairdryer and no bath towels. Was not what I expected.

Price was fair but the room was not very clean

Great location for my stay, very clean with exception of everyone places there bags of trash from their room next to the elevator, kinda funky smell but room was quiet and comfortable

Rooms were not clean. Juice stains on counter. Tub and bathroom not clean. Carpet was not vacuumed.

Very disappointed with our stay.

I arrived and was informed that the hotel was overbooked. No rooms were available and we had to leave. We drove to another town and found a hotel there.
