Proximity to the event we were there for.

Overpriced for what we got. Family room seems to have been forgotten... mouldy, cockroaches, spiders, poorly maintained, linen had some stains, towels were thin and smelt funny, pillows were awful!

The staff were amazing and so friendly, loved the location of our room, I requested a room with a lake view which was so nice, also a great restaurant

I didn’t think the room we had was good value for money, I know nothing can be done about the dump birds but there was poo all over the patio in front of our room
