Don't judge a book by its cover! The rooms were lovely and well appointed.

Outside of the rooms was not inviting

The receptionist was amazing both by telephone and in person.

Still a bit drab outside but don’t judge a book by it’s cover.

Not much, the hotel outside is very shabby quite unpleasant to look at and neglected, cobwebs around outside window in the room. The room was small, tabled wobbled, only one night stand, door kept making noise/ rattled as other ppl left their room or walked down the hall. Did not feel safe. Suite is an overstatement, and our room was meant to be deluxe...nothing Delux about it...

Other family at check in drove in and also raised concerns and wanted to leave straight away.... would forfeit 1 night of their 3 night stay if they did. We cancelled our return stay...

Clean warm and quiet

The exterior and facilities were very old and tired, but the room and the bed were great. excellent shower and the TV worked well. All the things you need for a quick stop over were great. Building looks very average but very good value for money. great pub the Hyperion in walking distance.
