Fairfield Inn & Suites South Bend Mishawaka

The room was not fully cleaned. Pillows did not have pillow cases on them, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the floor was sticky and there were no towels.

Staff i dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The whole stay was pleasant

There was obvious water damage in the bathroom, and it smelled like pee.

The man who checked us in was great and super friendly and helpful. Room was clean, a little dated but most places are after having hundreds of guests stay there. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable one I’ve had and the air conditioning wasn’t great in our room, but it worked well enough that we didn’t feel the need to request maintenance. Overall it was a good stay and good value for what we paid.

We confirmed a king size bed at this hotel through Travelocity. However, when we checked in, the hotel said they did not have a king size room available for us because we booked through Travelocity. We would never have booked at this hotel if we knew they did not have a king size room available.

Shower curtain smelled moldy. Stains on the ceiling. I appreciate they upgraded us to an adjoining room since they didn’t have a room big enough for us. Pool was small. Lighting was poor in the bathroom.

I just told you it was safe, quite and had a great staff.
