Quite possibly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in years and I travel frequently. The place is amazing. It's in a great location, and the staff are overwhelmingly nice.

Our room was missing the "Do not disturb" sign. Also missed were the beds when the room was cleaned. Otherwise, excellent service and very nice staff!

The attendant that checked me in was very nice. The breakfast was okay.

The first room we were given the window was open and it had a stench to it so I feel like that’s why the window was open. The covers also had stains on them. So I asked to be moved to another room. The second room the bathroom was dirty. The floor was not swept and the corner of the bathtub had a red stain in which I cleaned myself. The drain in the sink was stuck almost close and u could not open it so the water drained really slow. And the toilet seat had a stain on it. The printer was broke at checkout so I couldn’t get a receipt but she said it would be emailed instead.

Room had a weird odor kind of a musty pet smell. The pull out couch surface was filthy. Blood and dirt stains. Bed sheets also had small blood stain. Hand towels had yellow staining. Shower and floor in front of tub could use a better cleaning. Room wasn’t terrible but a deep clean would absolutely help!
