This place is so run down! They didn’t have working A/C anywhere in the property! The water was contaminated not drinkable! The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. Half of the water park was closed/ not working. soda machines broken, No burgers not enough food oppositions. The staff young, careless and always on their phones. I will never go to this place again!! Terrible experience!!

Property short on staff but not super big deal. Complementary breakfast provided. Easy to find places for food.

Could not even get batteries for tv remote or a working coffee pot although we texted, called and went to front desk with no result. Husband was in car accident 2 days prior and all we were able to do was watch tv. Attempted to reeach a manager by phone two separate days. Not always one on duty apparently and general manager has not responded to my email.

It was a great place some time. Not popular anymore and everything goes down.

Hotel looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. There was an active water leak in the ceiling of the arcade with black mold growing. No AC where the event (a dance competition) was held causing the dance competition to have to supply giant fans. Water was dripping from the ceiling where the event was held as well. There was a boil water advisory due to decreased water pressure in the water tower SINCE MAY!! The hotel room had a odor that smelled like sewer. Refused to have my children swim in the water park, instead bought day passes for Kalahari. I ended my stay early due to the poor conditions of the hotel. Would not recommend staying at this "resort" as they call it.

Dirty room, AC not working, on site restaurants are not open even on weekend, unfriendly staffs, takes hours for room service, slow wifi, water park does not provide towels, need a map just to walk from building to building

The room smelled by a dog. The Wi-Fi did not work on the TV so we could not watch TV. The shower did not work not to mention we were on the first floor and the curtains will not close. I called and notify the front desk and nothing happened. I also called back after we checked out and never received a phone call back. Apparently we should have been happy because of most other rooms had no air conditioning. Oh, and the appliances are from the 1980s.

Before the stay, they told us we had cancel reservation @towncenter because they overbooked it for a dance competition. Moved us to Willowbrook which they said was an upgrade. It was not. We had NO hot water for 2 days. Barely luke warm to shower, yes. For my wife, no. The room trim had a thick layer of dust. Towels were motel quality. Air conditioning was beat. We had it cranked and it barely kept the 2 rooms below 75. We called the front desk for a free shuttle but neither number they gave us picked up@ 5pm. Then called to let them know hot water was out, and they said the boiler was down. The hot tub at town was non functional. When we come to vacation, we do not want to pay the rate we paid to live like heathens.

It was dirty near the pool. There was fuel standing with cans near the pool. It was dirty and slippery. The room was terrible and messy. I called 7 times for the TV remote control, it was never brought. The elevator was dirty and the service was terrible. I would like to try to get some money back. I do not recommend it, never again.
