Very disappointed stay here a lot but this time we were forced to stay in building 5 our jacuzzi didn’t work for the 5 days we stood when we checked in our room had something in freezer busted and no e cleaned it no utensils no ironing board or iron what a happened to this place use to be our favorite but falling apart more and more no water pressure in shower

No AC in the room for whole stay. 77 degrees in the room and some noise all day and night. Sink in the kitchen is broken. No coffee machine. No cleaning supplies in the kitchen. No hair dryer. We started complaining after checking in at 4pm. On the second day after complaining to supervisor to supervisor at 3pm they fixed sink, bring the coffee machine and hairdryer.
I loved our entire trip but what they need to let ppl know that u cannot swim in the lake it's literally closed due to bacteria and not safe to swim
Couldn’t use the water not safe, the check in process extremely slow. The mattress was very uncomfortable hotel needs renovation asap.i will never visit this resort ever, or will i recommend anyone to visit it. And I Am Being Very Generous with my review. And upon check out she gave me some one else review.

Great location in the Pocono. The room was large and comfortable. The shower was okay but could be updated.
Elevator from the first floor was broken so had to carry luggage up a full flight before finding the other elevator. Narrow hallways on the second floor when trying to find the elevator that will take you to the upper floors. No outlets by the beds so could not use a CPAP machine. Asked for an extension cord…never got one. Toilets were not normal height. They are the same height as the garbage cans in the room! As people that are 6 feet it was challenging to stand back up. The rooms were a good size just needs to be updated.
I was in this property last year and now I seen big difference. Thay remove all from kitchen-everything. Why needed dishwasher now?. On every site on internet not mentioned about that.I coming to property and expect to make my own food but I couldn't do that and going to restaurant.
