Their warmth and attentiveness created an unforgettable experience, and they were always ready to make sure we had a great time. Martha and Karen at Lotus Hotel were equally incredible. Their professionalism, combined with a personal touch, made us feel completely at home. From early morning coffee to late-night conversations upon returning from dinner, they were there to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and friendly team who genuinely care about creating a wonderful stay for their guests. The staff were awesome. They took care of every need we had. Th beach was right there so the location was great. We would love to go back and spend more time. The room was big and had great places to sit outside. I think we both will be back soon. …..

We stayed at “Lotus beach hotel” in January 2025. The hotel is very small and quite old. We stayed in room number 5, where there was a constant smell of dampness and age. Ventilating the room was impossible because the window screens were old and torn, and opening the windows let in mosquitoes. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. However, the room was clean, and for a 3-star hotel, it was acceptable. There are several advantages to staying at this hotel: it’s located right on the seafront, where the sea is always calm, there’s a beautiful beach club, and the greatest asset of this hotel is its staff. At the reception, Marta and Clara were very friendly, as were the gentleman who cleaned our room and Alexander, the manager. Everyone was kind, responsive, and always ready to help. The Guru beach club staff deserve special mention—they’re amazing. All of them, mostly Argentinians, are incredibly good-looking, professional, cheerful, and polite. Their positive attitude and energy really stood out. The hotel owner is fortunate to have such a great team. However, I want to warn future guests against booking a taxi transfer to the airport through the hotel. Marta at the reception suggested a transfer for $90 USD. We didn’t expect any issues, so we agreed. However, when we arrived at the ferry terminal in Cancun, we saw a taxi stand where a ride to the airport cost only $35 USD. Naturally, we opted for the cheaper option. This experience left us with mixed feelings about Marta and Alexander, the manager. As a travel agent, I recommend this place for its beach and atmosphere, but I suggest considering other hotels in the area, such as the one located directly across from «Lotus beach hotel”

My husband and I had the most amazing five days get away at the Lotus Hotel. Everything was just as we wanted it to be, the most beautiful beach front location; friendly stuff , healthy perfect breakfast and great beach club vibe and food . Thank you guys! You are the best and see you again in June.

This was our 15th trip to Isla Mujeres. But First time staying at Lotus. We have been to the attached Guru Beach Club in the past and it was great being a resident this time. The staff was amazing. Especially Juan, Clara, and both Melania’s. But most special was Karen and Martha. They were the best Hosts we have ever had on the Island. Martha even came back to say goodbye to us on her day off. Thank you so much. We love making new friends forever on the island. And cannot wait to return.

We had the nicest vacation at the Lotus Hotel. Everything was just perfect. It was so great that we already are planning our next stay ! Thank you for making our get away so amazing
