"The Monsal Head provided a bed and was functional for our needs."

Didn't have breakfast

The room was a little tight with very little hanging space. Hooks for towels could be provided in bathroom for towels.

wonderfull warm and friendly welcome beautifu view from the bedroom high quality breakfast absolutely everything was perfect our pet dog was also well looked after

Location

The staff were never visible, had to hunt them down, Breakfast was a joke, had to Telephone to get staff for breakfast room 15 minutes after Breakfast should have started then had to wait another 15 minutes for staff to take my order, after 45 minutes Breakfast did not arrive so I gave up and left

"Disappointing"

The cooked breakfast was OK but everything else was very poor.

It looked like the bedrooms had been repainted but the rest of the areas of the hotel / bar / dining room needed a lot of work. Paid £160.00 for a double room with breakfast for 2 people definitely not worth it. Please see some pictures I took , I have forwarded these to the hotel but haven't had a reply.
