Hotel was being renovated and very noisy and dirty. No breakfast as advertised and the room was poorly decorated

Room was good... Updated, clean, comfortable. The lobby was under construction and quite a mess. A little heads-up would have prepared me for what to expect, but other than that surprise, it was a fine stay.

"Best Hotel for Veterans"

The renovation is great. Will always stay at Comfort Inn when I need the VA Hospital . The staff is always friendly. Iโ€™ve had the pleasure of dealing with Natasha every time . She is the best and always professional and pleasant with the guest. Natasha will always go above and beyond to make your stay the best.

"Horrible experience. "

This trip was horrible. The place was in complete shambles. Everytime I got an uber they were like "whats going on" or would cancel on me because the place was totally under construction. I was supposed to share the room with a friend but when I sent them the video they stayed elsewhere because it was in such bad shape so I got stuck with the whole bill which was astronomical for what this was. Plus it was extremely loud one night so I got absolutely no sleep. Please email me as they hotel hasn't gotten back to me. I have videos. This is unacceptable. See some of the pictures.

"Chilling in Charleston"

Room was great beds were perfect coffee microwave fridge huge tv and friendly service couldn't ask for more breakfast was adequate also although they are going through renovation and lobby is a mess don't let that fool you rooms are great and very clean I'd go back in a heartbeat โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜ŽโœŒ๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ•Š

Under construction and completely gutted. Room was not ready it time specifed and waited over an hour. Front desk staff disrespectful and acted as if it was a bother to check me in. Each one was more interested in their phone.
