"It was disappointing, that was the third hotel I’ve been to within the last week, by far the worst"

The lady who checked me in was kind and accommodating .

The first room I was in smelled old and stale. The fridge had condensation all in it and wasn’t cold, in the first room. The first room had two phones neither of which were working. I had to use my phone to reach the front desk The second room I spotted a bug by the bed the moment I sat my things down. The second room toilet was running all night.

Hilton Honors member here. Mold throughout room and bathroom. No restaurant cook. Breakfast overpriced. Couch pullout bed almost unusable. Televisions did not work, plugs worked intermittently; we were told there was nothing to be done about the status of the electric not working in the room.
