Best Western Plus Miamisburg-Dayton Suites, Banquets & Hotel

The restaurant was closed and nothing on this app said that. We chose it because it said breakfast was included. No change in the price for that either. Otherwise it was nice

Room was dirty, smelled smoke,

Very disappointing. Arrived at 5 to be told room isn't ready yet. He went to find a ready room. Finally got one and it smelled musty and stale, it obviously hadn't been used in a while. Couch and chair old, stain on an arm, saggy. Worse was finding a towel still hanging in the bathroom and a scrunched up floor mat. Dinner was atrocious. We simply ordered a burger and a club, that took over 30 minutes to come. Had requested a medium burger was well done. Club, yikes, the bread had been fried on the blacktop, I know, because the server told me so when I complained. Server was wonderful and did her best to compensate. Voiced my concerns at checkout.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking lot had debris that we had look out for to avoid punctured tires. They did disclose that they are under renovation.The initial perception of our room was ok however there were some issues: 1.) The base of the toilet it was hard to determine whether the stain or fecal matter. I did inform staff of this and they stated that they attempted to clean this but was unable to remove. 2.) Which turned out to be the biggest inconvenience/discomfort was the bed because of the lack of support. The mattress literally bows inward causing it to feel similar to a bean bag chair/hammock. Not sure if the issue was the coils in the mattress or the box spring/frames. 3.) We brought our own personal pillows and when we returned to our room they were gone after housekeeping straightened the room.

It was close to the facility we needed to go to

The room wasn’t ready, staff didn’t explain anything. Card was “declined” called bank they didn’t even run my card then all of a sudden it took it. You pay for breakfast that is all microwaveable things and not good quality.

We always stay at the Doubletree went in Miamisburg. It’s a beautiful hotel and the price is always right. The staff is courteous and kind. It’s our favorite.

The only real complaint I guess I would have is that the sofa in the suites are not very comfortable and most of them are broken. But we don’t really sit on them very much so it doesn’t really matter.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the setting was well done better than most hotels in that price range.

Property was under renovations for the winter which is weird because the room I was in had no lights in the bathroom area and no mirror. The front desk was no help however when the renovations are complete it will be a nice hotel.

I love this hotel I always go here for a relaxing day

Light fixtures not all working and missing light bulbs

The front desk person was Bert professional and helpful. Although we had to change rooms because the first one was a connected room that had a loud dog barking, we still had a pleasant stay.
