Best Western Plus Miamisburg-Dayton Suites, Banquets & Hotel

We loved our King Suite. It was perfect for what we needed fir our stay.

We had stayed here about 3 years ago and it was fine. The room was not clean, no hairdryer, no working phones and just run down. New owners? It's a blemish on the Hilton name.

My room was so much better than I was expecting! I did have trouble with the cold water, it was a trickle in the bathroom sink and my showers were pretty scalding. I did mention it to the front desk but it did not get fixed during my 4 night stay. I did find a dirty sock and a washcloth under my bed in the first night along with some trash that was still there when I left. Otherwise I found my room to be fantastic. Star was friendly and helpful.

Low water pressure, unprofessional staff, security doors not working. Bad smell in the hallway.

Would not honor my Hilton rewards Tv did not work in the first room The second room one of the tv’s only had 10 channels. The fit and finish was not done Looked like they just remodeled but didn’t finish

It was just gross. It’s been over a decade since I’ve stayed anywhere this sketchy, misrepresented and unclean. I like white sheets without questionable spots and gunk on them. I don’t want to have to sort through towels for one that looks completely clean. I don’t want to be able to see questionable liquid residues on walls in the bathroom, gunk in the shower, and stains on the headboards. I don’t want to see things wiped/smeared on walls and hair of various types around the rooms. And hideaway beds mattresses in couches should not be curved permanently into an upward arc, stained and without bedsheets. It shouldn’t take two trips to the desk to get two sheets either. Hilton should be ashamed to have their name in this hotel.

I can’t believe Hilton is still affiliated with this property. I booked a points stay to visit family. My nieces were going to stay in the room with me. Once we checked in and got to the room, my one niece called her mother to come and get her, she said the room was too dirty for her, I was so embarrassed. There were no linens or extra pillows for the sofa bed, went to the front desk to ask for some, they gave me the linens but refused to give me extra pillows. The cushion cover zippers were broken on the sofa so the stuffing was coming out. There was mold in the toilet and stains all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. There were food crumbs all over the floor. And the curtains were filthy. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I called Hilton Corporate and they gave me all of my points back. I actually checked out early and booked a new stay at the Homewood Suites next door, much nicer hotel.
